Usage & processing
Plan fine print
- Crosschecker Pro includes up to 20 AI highlight reel generations and 20 pro editor exports per calendar month (UTC). Limits reset on the 1st of each month.
- Each highlight reel processes multiple source clips (game plays, uploads, etc.). Usage beyond your included allowance is monitored.
- If you exceed your monthly allowance, additional AI highlight reel processing may be subject to per-source-clip fees at rates published on the plans page before any charge is applied. We may also offer add-on packs or plan upgrades.

I already subscribe to DiamondKast Plus or Crosschecker. How do I upgrade?+
Subscribe to Crosschecker Pro from Account & Billing. You keep everything in your current plan and add pro highlight editing, uploads, and the full Crosschecker scouting layer (including DiamondKast Plus if you don't already have it). We prorate your current subscription so you only pay the difference — whether you're on DiamondKast Plus ($19.99/mo or $191.88/yr) or Crosschecker ($29.99/mo or $263.88/yr).
What does Crosschecker Pro include?+
Crosschecker Pro ($39.99/mo) includes the full DiamondKast Plus experience — live stats, player video, and advanced analytics — plus tools to download and create highlight clips from your best uploads and DK reels, a pro editing suite with professional graphics packages and voiceovers, and the complete Crosschecker scouting layer.
Does one membership cover more than one athlete?+
Yes — your subscription is per account. Link every athlete in your household and follow them all.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Absolutely. Manage or cancel your plan anytime from Account & Billing — you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
Is the video really live?+
When a game is scored in DiamondKast at a covered event, Crosschecker Pro lets you watch it live in HD with full DVR, then re-watch on demand afterward.
Can I pay annually instead of monthly?+
Yes — choose annual billing at checkout to save versus paying month-to-month ($399/yr, about $33.25/mo).
Are there limits on AI highlight reels or editor exports?+
Crosschecker Pro includes 20 AI highlight reel generations and 20 pro editor exports per calendar month (UTC), resetting on the 1st. Each reel can include multiple source clips. If you need more than your plan includes, usage is monitored and additional processing may be available via per-source-clip fees or add-ons at rates shown on the plans page.
