Acceptance
By creating a CrossChecker account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. CrossChecker is operated by Perfect Game USA. If you are using the service on behalf of a minor, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. One household membership may cover multiple athletes you are authorized to manage. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Do not share credentials or impersonate another person or organization.
Community standards & user content
CrossChecker is a youth sports community. Content you post (text, photos, video, comments, captions, and tags) must be appropriate for families and athletes of all ages. You may not post content that is sexual, pornographic, or sexually suggestive; that harasses, bullies, threatens, or demeans anyone; that promotes hate or violence; that is fraudulent, spam, or misleading; or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate these standards — including through automated moderation and human review.
Moderation & reporting
Uploads and community posts may be screened by automated systems and reviewed by staff. Flagged content is hidden from public feeds until staff approves or declines it; pending review may remain visible while checks run. You can report posts that appear to violate these Terms. We aim to act on reports in good faith, but we are not obligated to take any particular action and decisions may be final. Appeals may be directed to support@perfectgame.org.
Mentions & tagging
You may tag players, teams, and events to provide context. Do not attempt to expose another user’s private contact information. Reply to posters using their public display name. Tagging does not grant you rights in another person’s name, image, or likeness.
Memberships & billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the price shown until cancelled. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel anytime from Account & Billing.
AI & video processing limits
Crosschecker Pro includes up to 20 AI highlight reel generations and 20 pro editor exports per calendar month (UTC). Limits reset on the 1st of each month. Each highlight reel processes multiple source clips (game plays, uploads, etc.). Usage beyond your included allowance is monitored. If you exceed your monthly allowance, additional AI highlight reel processing may be subject to per-source-clip fees at rates published on the plans page before any charge is applied. We may also offer add-on packs or plan upgrades. We monitor usage to keep the service fair and may contact you or offer add-ons when you approach or exceed included allowances.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no scraping, reselling video, harassing other families, circumventing access controls, reverse engineering, or uploading content you don’t have rights to. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
Content & video
Game video and scoring data are provided by Perfect Game and its event partners. Your access is a personal, non-transferable license to view and create permitted clips — not ownership of the underlying footage. You retain rights in original content you upload, and you grant Perfect Game a license to host, moderate, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate CrossChecker.
Youth athletes & safety
Many athletes on CrossChecker are minors. Extra care applies to imagery, messaging, and public profiles. Guardians should supervise account use. We may prioritize child-safety concerns and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
Disclaimer & limitation
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect Game disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of CrossChecker.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
